Doha, Qatar: Bangladeshi Volunteers Qatar (BVQ) participated in the 593rd clean-up campaign organized by DeapQatar Conservation at Qatar’s iconic Singing Sand Dunes on May 29, 2026. Around 50 volunteers joined the desert clean-up drive and collected approximately 130kg of waste from the area.
BVQ reaffirmed its commitment to environmental protection and pledged continued support for the “Keep Qatar Clean” initiative through future community and environmental activities. The event highlighted the importance of collective responsibility, community engagement, and environmental awareness.
DeapQatar Conservation expressed its appreciation to BVQ, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Qatar Region, Qatar Museums, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC), the General Cleaning Department (Al Baladiya), and AA MOTORS Qatar for their support.
