DOHA: Ooredoo yesterday announced the opening of the second co-branded franchise shop in Kharaitiyat, as the company looks to work alongside partners to extend its reach in the community.
The new facility provides a convenient “one-stop shop” for customers seeking services such as Hala, Shahry, broadband, fixed line and business services. In addition, the shops will offer SIM replacements, Hala top-ups and more. As the only Ooredoo presence in the area, it will provide a place for customers to seek help with technical issues and advice on offers and devices. The shop was inaugurated by Ahmad Al Naema, Chief Sales and Services Officer, Ooredoo.
