MES Indian School and Philippine International School of Qatar grabbed the awards of the poster-making contest on Quit Smoking recently held at Popcorn Girl branch in Ezdan Mall.
Two students from MES Indian School, Deepak Sajkumar bagged the QR3,000 cash prize and trophy while Devika Menon got the 1st-runner up. Second runner-up went to Jessica Flores from PISQ. All winners took home with them vouchers from Megamart and special treats from Popcorn Girl.
An exhibition was held at the College of North Atlantic-Qatar wherein faculty, staff and students were asked to judge all the 139 entries. The event was held possible with the support of Jaidah Automotive as main sponsor and Gulf Crafts, Megamart, Popcorn Girl as minor sponsors.
