Volvo Cars has launched Volvo Service 2.0, in which they offer free updates to the latest version of the car’s software while servicing at Domasco Volvo service center at St10, gate no. 03 in industrial area. There are many computers in today’s cars that control various systems – and their software should be updated from time to time. The customer will also be offered alternative transport, a complimentary car wash and a personal service contact. The car will get a special health check, and the free breakdown help called Volvo Assistance will be extended for a year at no extra charge.
“Service 2.0 is already tested and proved a great success in several other countries including Sweden and UAE. We are confident that service 2.0 will fortify our efforts to offer the best service experience to our customers by providing more value for Money,” says Padmanabhan Narayanan, National After-sales Manager at Domasco.
