Kuala Lumpur: A weak earthquake, measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale, struck the Malaysian Ranau district of Sabah on Wednesday, according to the Meteorological Services Department.
It said the epicentre of the quake was 6.0 degrees North Latitude and 116.6 degrees East Longitude, about 11km west of the area.
Tremors were felt all over the district, it said in a statement.
