Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of interior, in partnership with the General Directorate of Traffic, announced that it will soon unveil exclusive license plate numbers via the Sooum app, on the occasion of Qatar's National Day.
The Ministry of Interior, as part of its efforts to develop electronic services, launched the 'Sooum' mobile application to streamline the auctions that the department often conducts.
