Doha, Qatar: The second day of the 22nd Founders’ Day celebration for 2025 - 2026, themed “Whispers of the Pearl,” took place on November 28, 2025, showcasing a remarkable display of captivating performances by the enthusiastic and skilled Birlites.
The event was honoured by the presence of Chief Guest Managing Director of Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd and Senior Governing Council Member of Birla Public School in Doha, Qatar R.K. Dalmia.
The event was graced by the Vice-Chairman Dr. Mohan Thomas, and the Board of Directors, including, C.V. Rappai, Lukose K. Chacko, and Gope Shahani and the Management Representatives Chindhu Antony Rappai and Nevile Lukose, who all contributed their blessings to the occasion.
The event was also graced by special guests from India, the UK and the USA along with Principal Dr. Anand R. Nair, Vice-Principals Radhika Rele, Edna Fernandez and other members of the Senior Leadership Team were present during the occasion.
The auspicious events of Day Two commenced with a prayer, succeeded by the National Anthems of both the State of Qatar and India. The Head Boy, Mohammed Rayan Savad, and the Head Girl, Devipriya Chandirahasan welcomed the dignitaries and the enthusiastic audience.
The Principal Dr. Anand R. Nair, presenting the Annual Report 2025-26, emphasised the accomplishments of students in various academic and non-academic domains.
The Chief Guest, R.K. Dalmia addressing the crowd applauded the academic brilliance and holistic performance of the school. He acknowledged the school’s culture of innovation and its willingness to embrace challenges which has contributed to its steady progress. He urged the students and the stakeholders to go beyond the ordinary to overcome obstacles with determination.
Addressing the audience, Director, C V Rappai, expressed sincerest gratitude to the Father Amir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani and Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Patron of BPS Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs, H E Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, and the Embassy of India in Qatar for their unwavering support and benevolence, instrumental for the institution’s growth and development.
The formal ceremony included the presentation of awards to sports achievers in CBSE national sports.
Furthermore, the academic and non-academic staff were awarded for their dedicated service spanning 15 and 20 years.
