Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 170.35 points, or 1.46 percent, to close trading at 11,799.9 points yesterday.
The volume of shares traded decreased to 99,924,302 from 103,764,617 on Monday and the value of shares decreased to QR395,946,202.628 from QR490,403,204.01 on Monday.
The indices of six sectors ended green zone and one sector ended in red zone today. QSE Total Return Index gained 1.46 percent to 24,170.03, QSE Al Rayan Islamic index added 1.01 percent to 4,969.36 points and QSE All Share Index increased 2.09 percent to 3,775.29 points.
