Doha, Qatar: A judicial delegation from China visited the Supreme Judiciary Council to discuss avenues for boosting cooperation and advancing the judiciary work mechanisms between the two sides.
President of the Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) and President of the Court of Cassation, H E Dr. Hassan bin Lahdan Al Hassan Al Mohannadi, met the judicial delegation headed by President of Shanghai Financial Court, H E Zhao Hong, and discussed enhancing the judicial cooperation between the two courts. The Chinese delegation also met President of the Investment and Trade Court H E Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidly, to discuss arbitration and dispute settlement mechanisms, as well as future cooperation opportunities, including organising joint workshops and bolstering communication between the two sides.
