Doha: In its monthly climate information, Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) said that October, the second month of autumn, will bring chance of formation of cumulus clouds that is expected to increase especially in the afternoon.
Fog formation is also expected during early morning, mostly in inland areas.
This October, "the weather becomes more pleasant and mild. Winds are variable and mainly Northwesterly to Northeasterly. Land and sea breeze phenomenon increase during this month," announced QMD on social media.
The daily mean temperature for the month of October is projected to be 29.8°C.
The lowest temperature recorded for the month of October was 16.6°C in 1975, while the highest was 43.4°C in 1967.
