DOHA: The Ooredoo Community, Qatar’s first customer forum, celebrated first anniversary with online events, competitions and awards.
Since its launch, the forum has received a positive response, with over one million page views and 5,600 members registered.
Ooredoo will host an online award ceremony to honour its most active and well- known users.
The forum, which aims to ensure that finding solutions for problems is as easy and quick as possible for customers, provides access to information and enables members to talk to Ooredoo staff directly. On average over 5,000 people view the website for solutions every day, demonstrating its customer service potential for Ooredoo users in Qatar.
Customers using the forum are able to access answers and solutions from experts and fellow customers. It gives customers more power and enables Ooredoo to get feedback. Many suggestions from forum members have become part of Ooredoo’s portfolio, including an updated feature on My-Fi device.
High-ranking forum users have the chance to publish opinions on the latest technology, as Ooredoo loan latest handsets to ‘Super-Users’ to review them on the forum. New users, or people looking for a solution can search the forum which stores and organises answers on key topics so that members are able to access the full database of knowledge.
