DOHA: The Public Works Authority-Ashghal-has announced closure of one lane at Leslaimi Street effective from May 3.
The closure will be in the direction from Leslaimi street intersection to Al Aziziya Street intersection, behind the Quality Hypermarket. It will last for four months to facilitate road works and infrastructure development in Al Aziziya East. Motorists heading southwest on Ibn Aamir Street to Leslaimi Street, will have to keep straight on Ibn Aamir Street, then turn left on Al Aziziya Street. From the Al Aziziya / Leslaimi streets intersection they must turn left and use the open lane to reach their destination. There will be temporary access roads to buildings on the closed side of Leslaimi Street.
