Oryx Rotana presents dishes from The Cellar at food festival

The award-winning Mediterranean restaurant of Oryx Rotana, The Cellar, was chosen to be presented this year at the Qatar International Food Festival 2015.
“Oryx Rotana has been honoured to be a supporter of QIFF since the beginning,” said Oryx Rotana’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Lana Jwainat. “Our hotel is renowned for its creative and flavorful dishes at The Cellar, so it is a perfect timing to have some of our best sellers introduced to the public.” Fourteen chefs from the hotel were chosen to participate in a cooking class held by a Qatari chef.
Some of the best-seller dishes from the restaurant, from calamari, crispy fried prawns, and cheese croquettes to beef Galician pie, meat balls, paella mix, tortilla and a sweet ending, churros were featured during the event. The Peninsula
