Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) was named the Best Sports Organisation 2017 by the General Secretariat and Experts Committee at the second annual Arab Best Award Ceremony held in Marrakesh, Morocco on Monday.
Mohammed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Zone Foundation, received the award at the prestigious ceremony which saw the presence of high-profile representatives from regional and international organisations.
During the ceremony, the General Secretariat and Experts Committee commended AZF’s “distinguished leadership of the organisation which has spared no effort to advance its holistic performance while remaining committed to the highest levels of continued improvement, transparency, professionalism, dedication and neutrality.”
The award acknowledges the combined efforts of AZF’s member organisations - Aspire Logistics, Aspire Academy, and Aspetar, the orthopedic and sports medicine hospital – in delivering significant value to the sporting community around the world.
AZF has continued to pioneer the advancement sporting outcomes in Qatar.
