Doha: Pakistan Education Centre (PEC) organised Eid Milan Fiesta at its premises on the first day of Eid Al Adha.
It aimed to develop a sense of unity and sharing among the Pakistani community which is the true essence of the Eid festival. The fun-filled festivity brought together PEC staff, students, parents and a large number of community members.
Shahzad Ahmed, Pakistan Ambassador and Chairman, Board of Governors, PEC, and his family attended as a Chief Guest.
Wajid Hussian Hashmi, Deputy Head of Mission, Sarfaraz Ahmed Khanzada, former ambassador to Qatar, and their families were among the notable guests.
The event began with a red carpet welcome to the guests and their families by Nargis Raza Otho, Principal, PEC, and heads of school wings.
The formal proceedings of the program started with a recitation and special dua by Waheed Iqbal and Farzana Safdar and Fartash Syed entertained the audience with hilarious compering.
