Doha: Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has opened a new service centre in Industrial Area.
The centre on Street No. 100 in Zone No. 56 became operational yesterday. It is open from Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm during Ramadan.
It is equipped with many facilities to help customers, including a spacious waiting lounge.
With its easily accessible location, the new building provides optimum convenience for customers and employees.
The centre aims to cater to the growing number of customers and facilitate Kahramaa in implementing its corporate value of customer centricity, placing customers at the heart of decisionmaking to ensure a constant focus on their needs.
The opening of the new centre is part of Kahramaa’s constant improvement efforts for its customers. Kahramaa adopts transparency and always endeavours to increase customer satisfaction by applying constant development and improvement mechanisms.
