Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah Foundation for Humanitarian Services (RAF) has bagged a social responsibility award — “Sanabel-2017” — for best community initiatives in orphan care across GCC countries.
Dr Ayed bin Dabssan Al Qahtani, Chairman, Board of Trustees, and General Director, RAF, received the award from Sheikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Honorary President of Al Sanabel Orphans Care Society in Bahrain and Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Secretary-General of the GCC, in a ceremony in Bahrain.
