Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received on Tuesday at his office at the Amiri Diwan HE Abdo George Kadifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Beirut, and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their visit to the country.
During the meeting, they discussed several topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance and develop them, particularly in the academic, research, educational, and community service fields.
The meeting was attended by Chief of the Amiri Diwan HE Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi, and a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers and senior officials.
The meeting was also attended by HE Dr. Fadlo Khuri, President of the American University of Beirut, and a number of senior university officials.
