Doha, Qatar: Qatar Pro Team riders dominated the three-stage QCF Pre-Season Road Series as the Qatar Cycling and Triathlon Federation opened the 2026/2027 cycling season.
Fadhel Al-Khater and Mohamed Namsi shared the honours across the individual time trial, night criterium and point-to-point road race.
Al-Khater won the opening 23km time trial at the Olympic Cycling Track in 29:37.25, while Namsi triumphed in the second stage beside the Lusail Circuit in 52:15. The final stage from Al Bayt Stadium to Qatar University saw Namsi and Ali Mohamed Al-Shammari finish joint first in 46:11.
Junior rider Hafeez Sally completed a clean sweep, topping his category in all three stages.
