New York: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met Executive Chairman of World Economic Forum (Davos) Professor Klaus Schwab on the sidelines of the meetings of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly.
The Emir met Schwab at the headquarters of Qatar’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York yesterday and reviewed topics of mutual interest, especially in the economic field.
The Emir also met Governor of Virginia Terry McAuliffe at the headquarters of Qatar’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations.
They discussed relations between Qatar and the US and issues of mutual concern.
Several members of the Emir’s delegation attended both meetings.
