The State of Qatar has strongly condemned two explosions that took place in southern Baghdad, and left many people killed and injured. In a statement, the Foreign Ministry renewed Qatar’s firm position rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of their motives and causes.
The statement expressed Qatar’s condolences to the family of the victims and to the government and people of Iraq, wishing the injured speedy recovery.
