Doha: Al Daayen Municipality has closed down two restaurants in Sumaysimah for 30 days for violating health rules.
A supermarket was also closed down in Rawdat Al Hamama for seven days for selling expired milk packages. In the past four months, the municipality has closed down five erring food outlets and destroyed about 380kg of food found unfit for human consumption.
