ISLAMABAD: Traders in the federal capital have dismissed the governments order to close markets at 8:00PM.
A shutter down protest is being held in Islamabad against this law in major markets.
On April 8, the federal cabinet in order to conserve electricity during summer issued a timing schedule for the closure of markets, wedding halls and restaurants in Islamabad.
Authorities had been directed to ensure the closure of markets at 8:00PM, wedding halls at 10:00PM, and restaurants at 11:00PM.
