Minister of Finance H E Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari met with Senior minister of international Trade and Industry of Malaysia H E Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali on the sidelines of the Doha Forum in its 20th edition.
The meeting focused on bilateral relations between the two countries and means to enhance them, and reviewed aspects of cooperation.
The Minister also met with the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Kristalina Georgieva on the sidelines of the Plenary Session: ‘Economic Crises and Coordinated Global Recovery Efforts: Towards An Inclusive Multilateralism’.
H E the Minister met with Lord Vincent Keaveny Mayor of the City of London and David Schwimmer Chief Executive Officer of the London Stock Exchange Group and with President of the World Economic Forum H E Borge Brende. The meeting focused on resilience and sustainability in the global economy and reviewed aspects of cooperation.
