Qatar Poetry Center (Diwan Al Arab) organised a poetry evening, with the participation of five Qatari poets, at Mall of Qatar, in recognition of the national unity.
The evening included a collection of national poems, including the poems “Tamim Al Majd” and “The Siege” by Bakheet Al Bureidi, a poem entitled “Najran” by Saeed bin Mohammed Al Marri. Abdulrahman Al Mulla Al Hammadi presented two poems, the first of which was entitled “Tamim Al Majd” and the second “Poison and Conspiracy”.
On the night before, Mall of Qatar hosted a musical evening attended by Minister of Culture and Sports H E Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali.
