Doha, Qatar: Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies celebrated the graduation of the National Defense Course No. (3) and the Joint Command and Staff Course No. (9) at the Academy’s headquarters in Al Khor city.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs H E Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, and in the presence of Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces H E Lieutenant General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit.
A number of high-ranking personnel from various units of the Armed Forces, military and security agencies, and senior officials in the ministries and government institutions participated in these two courses, in addition to a number of officers of brotherly and friendly countries.
The ceremony also honoured outstanding students and graduates.
The ceremony was attended by a number of senior officers of the Armed Forces and military bodies, and a number of officials and diplomats in the country.
