Doha: The Shura Council participated in the 5th meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)-European Parliamentary Committee, which was held via video conference.
The meeting discussed a set of topics and reports prepared by a number of legislative councils in the GCC countries, most notably the parliamentary dialogue between the European Union and the GCC countries on energy reduction and transformation. The Shura Council was represented in this meeting by H E Nasser bin Muhammad Al Nuaimi, member of the Council.
