CHANSS-Qatar plans drawing/painting competition in June

The Changanacherry NSS College Alumni Association, Qatar Chapter (CHANSS-Qatar), which is affiliated to the Indian Cultural Centre, under the aegis of the Indian Embassy, Qatar, will be organising a drawing/painting competition, with Football World Cup as its theme, for students of all Indian schools in Qatar. The event is being sponsored by the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (for Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup).
The competition will be held from 9am to 11am at the MES Indian School premises on Saturday, June 7, 2014, and will be followed by the prize distribution ceremony at around 12noon.
The competition will be held under three categories — sub-juniors (Class 1-4), juniors (Class 5-8) and seniors (Class 9-12). Entry is Free and open to students of all Indian schools in Qatar. Entry forms can be collected from the respective school offices from Thursday, May 29 and should be returned there on or before Tuesday, June 3, 2014. CHANSS-Qatar will be giving attractive prizes for the first three winners in each category and Certificate of Participation and to all students who would take part in the competition. Light refreshments will also be provided to all participants.
CHANSS-Qatar also plans to distribute about 100 footballs (to all schools and for lucky students) on the occasion.
