Riyadh: The Saudi Space Agency has launched the "Ab'aad" astrophotography platform to enhance Arabic content in this field and enable enthusiasts to document cosmic phenomena and build a specialized visual archive.
The platform focuses on showcasing Arab talent in astrophotography by offering multiple participation tracks, including: deep space, the solar system, stellar motion, and space and heritage. This contributes to highlighting the creative work of photographers at the Arab level and strengthening their presence in this field.
The participation mechanism involves capturing and uploading astrophotography images to the platform.
The entries will then be evaluated, and the best image will be selected and published across the agency's platforms on a monthly basis.
