Ooredoo has encouraged Qatar’s diverse communities to come together and support the Qatar Cup Final. Ooredoo is once again the Official Telecom Partner of the event and last year the company signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Qatar Stars League to support the organisations events and encourage more of the country’s diverse community to attend and cheer on their local teams.
Talking about the final, which will take place tomorrow at Al Sadd stadium, Waleed Al Sayed, Chief Executive Officer, Ooredoo Qatar, said: “Across our great nation we are all investing in the latest stadiums, technology and people, to help ensure Qatar holds a truly amazing event in 2022. Most importantly however we need to invest in our local teams, who are the future of Qatar’s football. We need to take the time to support them, cheer them on and show the world that we are a sporting nation.”

Ooredoo has also encouraged its followers on social media to attend the event, which promises to be a nail-biting final between Al Sadd and El Jaish.
