Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent yesterday a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of South Africa Jacob Zuma on the occasion of his country's National Day. Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent a similar cable.
