DOHA: The Ministry of Interior has issued an advisory asking people to be careful with their bank accounts and email passwords.
The Ministry has urged people not to send their bank account details either by email or SMS to avoid the account being hacked.
According to the Ministry, people should also keep frequently changing the password of their email to avoid it being hacked into.
The Ministry said yesterday on its official Twitter account that people should keep such passwords for email accounts which are difficult to crack.
Passwords should preferably be a complex mix of letters, numerals and symbols like colons, semi-colon and question mark, for example. The Peninsula
