Doha, Qatar: Qatar Manpower Solutions Company (Jusour) participated in Web Summit Qatar 2025.
Jusour’s participation comes with an integrated program to enhance cooperation with technology innovators and creative entrepreneurs, to attract them, and to involve them in the strategic plans of the Qatari economy. On the first day, after the opening of the summit, Jusour presented a workshop entitled “The Path of Entrepreneurship in Qatar – Your Bridge to Growth.”
The workshop discussed Qatar’s growth as a thriving hub for entrepreneurs, offering an innovative startup environment, world-class business facilities, and infrastructure.
In this session, attendees learned how Jusour and the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) support entrepreneurs by facilitating business establishment, entering the Qatari labour market through entrepreneurs’ residence without a sponsor in cooperation with incubators, and providing the necessary resources to expand their projects in one of the fastest growing economies in the world.
The workshop was attended by more than 100 people from the summit visitors and included many questions and interactions about the company and its programs. Meanwhile, the PITCH competition was launched under the sponsorship of Jusour for the second year in a row. It is a competition for emerging companies at the Web Summit, in which these companies present their ideas and strategies to develop their businesses in the field of technology.
PITCH Competition, sponsored by Jusour, is a unique event that brings together the best early-stage startups from around the world in a live competition on stage.
On the second day, Jusour presented a group of purposeful programmes to visitors to its pavilion at the summit and received many inquiries about them, including the “Sahem” programme, which was designed to provide part-time job opportunities for students currently enrolled in accredited universities and educational institutions in Qatar, as well as to serve people with disabilities and enable them to work part-time in the private sector in line with their abilities and ambitions.
On the final day of the summit, the winner of the competition was announced and honored by Jusour on the main stage.
