In order to support Qatar National Environment Day Campaigns, Bhavan’s Public School is organising a theme based ‘Road Show’ in association with Indian Cultural Centre, Indian Embassy and Ministry of Environment.
A school bus is been transformed with lightings and banners with Environment slogans. A mobile wild life exhibition is also arranged in the bus with photo collections of rare species of birds and animals seen in deserts. The roadshow was flagged off by the Minister of Environment H E Ahmed Amer Mohamed Al Humaidi from the ministry building.
Environment Ministry Under Secretary Ahmed Al Sada, Undersecretary Hamad Al Khalifa, P R Director Mohsin Al Khayareen and Director Abdullah Al Kuwari were also present to witness this event.
Bhavan’s Public School Acting Chairman, J K Menon, President P N Baburajan, Vice Chairman R O Abdul Khader, Principal V L Balasubramaniam, ICC President Girish Kumar, ICC General Secretary Divakar Poojari, IBPN President K M Varghese and Ministry of Environment Technical Advisor cum Liaison Officer Dileep Anthikkad attended the flag off ceremony.
