Officials of Qatar Equine Veterinary Association (QEVA) during a meeting with representatives of horse breeding farms at Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) in Doha yesterday. Dr Peter Rakestraw was one of the officials to deliver a lecture at the meeting. Dr Rakestraw is internationally recognised for his contributions in equine surgery.
