Beirut: One person was killed and another was injured in an Israeli airstrike on southern Lebanon Saturday.

In a statement, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health's Emergency Operations Center said that the Israeli airstrike targeted a car in the town of Harouf, in the Nabatieh District, killing one person and injuring another.
