DOHA: Al Kharaitiyat pulled off a 2-1 win over Al Wakrah in their Qatar Stars League match played at Al Wakrah Stadium yesterday.
The visitors were given the lead they were looking for, in the 48th minute when Jaralla Ali Al Marri made no mistake in netting the ball, perfectly placing himself just five metres away from the goal.
Their Congolese forward Loteteka Bokilla added one more to their goal tally when he picked up the ball from Abdelmoula Berrabah just outside the box and fired it past the  Al Wakrah goalkeeper Hassan Idriss Dicko just eight minutes later, to give their team the 2-0 lead.
Al Wakrah tried to add some life into the game towards the dying minutes of the game, their Paraguayan striker Pablo Daniel Zeballos picked up the ball through a header from Ali Mujbel Deyab and kicked it into the net to make it 2-1.
On Friday, Al Sadd defeated Al Ahli  2-1 after a slow start at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.
