Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Father Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani received scores of well -wishers on Eid Al Adha at Al Wajba Palace yesterday morning.
They received Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, sheikhs, ministers, Advisory Council speaker and his deputy, ministries’ undersecretaries, council members and citizens. The Emir also received heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the state, officers of the Armed Forces and police, and heads of national institutions and departments.
The well-wishers extended greetings to the Emir and the Father Emir, praying that Eid carries good and blessings to the Qatari people and the Arab and Islamic nations.
Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani and H H Sheikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Thani attended the reception, along with many sons of the Father Emir.
The Emir received more well-wishers, including sheikhs, ministers and citizens, at the palace in the afternoon.
They expressed congratulations to the Emir on the blessed occasion.
