Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, represented by the Department of E-Learning and Digital Solutions, has announced the launch of Digital Citizenship courses through the Qatar Education System, targeting fifth-grade primary students and eighth-grade preparatory students.
The initiative is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance digital awareness and promote the safe and responsible use of modern technologies among students.
The courses aim to develop students’ digital skills and encourage responsible online behaviour through an interactive self-learning experience that allows them to access educational content at their convenience during the summer vacation. Students will also have the opportunity to complete any remaining course requirements at the start of the 2026-2027 academic year.
