Minister of Environment and Climate Change H E Sheikh Dr. Faleh bin Nasser Al Thani visited yesterday a heritage village ‘Ain Mohammed’ in the north part of of Qatar.
The Minister was briefed about the environmental standards that were applied in the village rehabilitation project under the supervision of Qatar Museums.
The Minister also participated in planting seedlings of Sider tree in support and encouragement of the efforts made to rehabilitate the Qatari land and to preserve local plants.
