After topping the latest surveys on the presidential and vice presidential bets for 2016, Senator Grace Poe-Llamanzares once again owned the highest ranking on Pulse Asia’s survey on senators.
In the survey conducted on May 30 to June 5, Poe got an approval rating of 93 percent.
The second most approved by the respondents is Senator Francis Escudero with 83 percent rating. Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago landed third with 81 percent. Senator Alan Peter Cayetano on fourth with 76 percent and Senator Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. with 70 percent.
Following Marcos’ position are, in order from highest to lowest, Senator Vicente Sotto III, Loren Legarda, Ralph Recto, Sergio Osmena III, Antonio Trillanes IV, Juan Edgardo Angara, Maria Lourdes Nancy Binay, Aquilino Martin Pimentel III, Teofisto Guingona III, Manuel Lapid, Joseph Victor Ejercito, Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada, and Ramon Revilla, Jr.
Senate President Franklin Drilon got a 49 percent approval rating, same level as Pimentel’s.
