Doha, Qatar: Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) organised a Grant Eid Bazaar & Mehndi Night as part of Eid Festivities on May 22 and 23, 2026 at ICC Ashoka Hall. Dr. Vaibhav A Tandale, Counsellor (Head of Chancery and Consular) - Embassy of India, inaugurated the celebration.
ICC President A.P Manikantan wished everyone Eid Mubarak and thanked everyone for contributing towards the event’s success. ICC General Secretary Abraham K Joseph warmly welcomed the gathering followed by opening remarks by ICC Head of External activities and Literature Clubs Purvi Shroff.
The Bazaar showcased more than 60 vibrant stalls of handicrafts, leather products, imitation jewelry, readymade Indian traditional clothes and delicious Indian food. In addition to the shopping delights, the bazaar also featured live henna stations.
