Beirut--At least 60 Syrian government loyalists were killed in fighting as rebels overran their last major foothold in the northwestern province of Idlib on Saturday, a monitoring group said.
"Our sources on the ground counted the bodies of at least 60 regime loyalists on the streets of Jisr al-Shughur,", Syrian Observatory for Human Rights director Rami Abdel Rahman said.
