Sharq Village & Spa food stand will feature freshly prepared Solstice Fruity Green Leaves Salad, Light Walnut Dressing; main course will include beef medallion, cooked sous vide with Espuma Creamy Potato, Baby Vegetables, and Shallot Jus.
