Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) has provided support to victims of natural disasters and cyclones that hit South America and the Caribbean.
The Fund said in a statement today that it is committed to providing support and relief to victims of these disasters, which focused on urgent interventions to mitigate the effects of natural disasters that hit those areas.
The statement pointed out that the urgent interventions provided by the QFFD focuses on the implementation of projects targeting the most affected groups, stressing that this support will contribute to help families affected by hurricanes and disasters, and to the reconstruction of the damage caused by hurricanes.
