Democracy Day was celebrated at Shantiniketan Indian School with a mock Indian parliament organised by the Social Science Department. Students replicated the structure and working procedures of the top legislative body. Principal Dr Subhash Nair and Vice-Principal Shihabudeen Pulath praised students’ efforts and guidance of Shakir Hussain, Head of Department and other department teachers for the show.
