The Extraordinary General Assembly of Estithmar Holding approved to issue 50% of its capital as follows:
10% subscription rights, and 40% private placement and/or public subscription issued in one tranche or several tranches over the course of one year from the date of this assembly.
Estithmar Holding is a Qatari public shareholding company with a capital of 3,404,037,500 Qatari Riyals.
