More than 100 cases were filed at the Compensation Claims Committee yesterday by people affected by the blockade against Qatar, and most of them were about people who lost their animals.
It also received 18 enquiries.
The committee held a meeting yesterday with officials from Qatar Chamber and discussed the process of receiving complaints. Salim Rashid Al Muraikhi, Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, attended the meeting.
