DOHA: Ooredoo announced yesterday that its popular QR200 monthly Mobile Broadband Plan (MBB), which offers 15GB of data, has been boosted free of charge for all customers.
Customers subscribed to the 15GB pack will now receive 25GB of data, 10 extra GB at no extra cost, as Ooredoo looks to give customers more freedom to browse the Internet and send their wishes this Ramadan.
As a special offer to celebrate this boost and as part of its campaign to bring the community together during the holy month, Ooredoo will be offering 50 percent off the new 25GB MBB for 12 months.
The offer, which is valid during Ramadan only, gives new Shahry and Shahry Super customers a 50 percent discount on the Mobile Broadband 25GB plan for one year from the activation date.
The offer is available to all new Shahry customers who subscribe to the Shahry Pack 55 and above, and the reduction will be valid for 12 months, as long as the customer continues to keep their selected Shahry Smart pack or higher.
With the new offer, the 25GB Mobile Broadband Plan is just QR100 per month, half the usual fee. MBB is Ooredoo’s data-only service that provides customers with direct, high-speed access to the Internet, via Ooredoo’s bigger, faster mobile data network.
To get the discount, customers need to take their valid QID card to participating OoredooShops to register for a Shahry Smart pack 55 or higher. Mobile data subscriptions enable customers to access Qatar’s first and best 4G+ network, without worrying about the costs.
