Doha: Katara Art Centre at Katara Cultural Village inaugurated three exhibitions featuring contemporary Arab artists.
The shows include the group exhibition Between Surface and Meaning, held in collaboration with Al Markhiya Gallery, alongside the solo exhibitions “ALIF OUT OF BLACK” by Saudi artist ALIF and Embracing Dreams by Iraqi-Finnish artist Kholoud Hawash.
Officials said the initiative reflects efforts to engage Arab artists abroad and elevate the centre’s programming. The group exhibition brings together 21 artists exploring the relationship between form and meaning through diverse contemporary techniques.
The exhibitions will run until the end of next month.
